India hails G-8
Stand on Terror

India welcomed the stand taken by the G-8 countries
asking Pakistan to put a permanent stop to terrorist
activities. New Delhi said that such a step was
mandatory to create a conducive atmosphere for the
resumption of dialogue.
Pakistan
must put a permanent stop to terrorist activity
orginating from terrority under its control it had
also called for the resumption of dialogue between
India and Pakistan.

to a conclusive and permanent end to terrorism and
all terorism-related activity." external affairs
